To add an action to do after an event, first choose the event type. By example "OnIncomingText", then type the sentence to match followed by the pipe sign (|) and the command to execute.
By example if you have "Balanced Synergy" in your tank Cast Stack, and you want your other toons to launch it just after him, on the other toons add as the command to execute : "Casting Balanced Synergy|RI_Obj_CB:Cast[Balanced Synergy (Ancient),1]" (without the quotes) and press the Add button.
