Items not being used

After adding some items to the item tab, the Combatbot never casts them.

On the item tab I clicked the items and then added them (so they appeared in the right column).  They aren't listed at all on the ability cast stack tab.

This is why combat bot is not using them. You need to add them to the cast stack after you add them in items.

Lorgalis is correct, the item tab simply makes combat aware of the item's so they can be used, but it doesn't necessarily tell when and how to use them, this is achieved by adding them to the cast stack via the cast stack tab, on the left you will see all the items you added with Item: in front of them, then just choose how and what options to use these items and hit add.
