Hello. Perhaps this is a stupid question but alas, I still don't know and need to know. :)

I don't have an email with my ISXRI login information and recently had to reinstall everything. How would one go about recovering that information?

Also, the captcha is a complete and utter nightmare if you don't have speakers.

Did you ever get this resolved? I just bought an annual subscription and never got the welcome e-mail and I need to know what my login is.
